Super Nachos

Ingredients

  • 1 large can refried beans
  • 2 small cans taco sauce
  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 3 medium avocados
  • ½ lb. chorizo (beef)
  • 1 can olives
  • ½ onion, chopped
  • 1 bunch green onions (optional)
  • 1 small can diced green chilies
  • large sour cream
  • 1-2 c. grated cheese
  • Tostitos

Directions

Spread beans on bottom of 9x13 pan. Cook beef and onions. Fry chorizo in pan (melts). Mix chorizo with beef and onions. Put that mixture on top of beans. Scatter green chilies over. Sprinkle cheese on top. Drizzle taco sauce over. Cook at 400° for 25 minutes, covered. Mash avocados, dice olives, chop green onions. Put these remaining items and sour cream on top after it cooks.
