French Breakfast Muffins

Ingredients
- ⅓ c. shortening
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ c. sugar
- ¼ tsp. nutmeg
- 1 egg
- ½ c. milk
- 1 ½ c. flour
- blueberries (optional)
- 1 ½ tsp. baking powder
Directions
Mix all ingredients and spoon into a muffin tin. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. While still hot dip muffin top in melted butter then in sugar/cinnamon mixture (½ c. sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon)
