Honey Corn Bread

Ingredients

  • 1⅔ c. flour
  • ¾ c. cornmeal
  • 2 Tbs. baking powder
  • 1¼ tsp. salt
  • 8 Tbs. margarine
  • 1 c. sugar
  • ½ c. honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 1⅔ c. milk

Directions

Cream sugar and butter. Add honey and eggs; mix. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk. Pour batter into greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 325°for 40-45 minutes.
