Chex, Popcorn, And Nut Mix

Ingredients

  • ½ c. butter
  • 4 c. popped popcorn
  • ½ c. brown sugar
  • 2 c. rice chex
  • 10 lg. marshmallows
  • 2 c. corn chex
  • ¼ tsp. baking soda
  • ½ c. nuts (cashews)

Directions

Cook butter, brown sugar, and marshmallows in microwave for 2 minutes. Stir and add baking soda. Cook 1 more minute; stir. Pour over popcorn, chex, nuts. Stir and spread out on cookie sheets.
