Creamy Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients

  • 2 bars (4-oz. ) Unsweetened Baking Chocolate, broken
  • 2 ½ c. confectioners' sugar
  • 2 Tbs. milk
  • ¾ c. butter, softened
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions

Microwave chocolate in microwavable bowl on high 1 to 1 ½ minutes, stirring once. Stir until smooth. Cool completely. Beat butter, confectioners' sugar and milk with mixer until creamy. Beat at high speed until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes. Add chocolate; beat just until blended. Beat in vanilla extract. Makes about 3 cups.
