German Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients

  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 sq. margarine

Directions

Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until thick (about 12 minutes). Remove from heat and add 1 c. chopped pecans and 1 c. coconut. Beat until thick.
