Grasshopper Torte

Ingredients

  • 15 Oreos, finely chopped
  • 1 container (8 oz.) frozen light
  • 3 Tbs. butter or margarine, melted
  • whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 jar (7 oz.) marshmallow crème
  • ½ tsp. peppermint extract
  • 1 Tbs. milk
  • 8 drops green food coloring
  • 3 c. softened frozen vanilla nonfat yogurt
  • * Additional Oreos (optional)

Directions

Mix chopped Oreos and butter in a small bowl. Press crumb mixture onto bottom of a Spring form Pan. Refrigerate while preparing filling. Combine marshmallow crème and milk with whisk in a bowl. Whisk in frozen yogurt until well blended. Fold in whipped topping, extract, and coloring. Pour over prepared crust. Cover and freeze until firm, 8 hours or overnight. Before serving, garnish with more chopped Oreos.
