Mint Brownies
Ingredients
- 4 eggs, beaten well
- 2 t. vanilla
- 2 c. flour
- 2 cubes butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
Directions
Combine eggs, flour, sugar, and vanilla. Melt together butter and chocolate. Mix everything together and pour in greased cake pan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
Frosting
Ingredients
- 4 T. butter
- 2 drops green food coloring
- ½ - 2 c. powdered sugar
- 1-2 t. peppermint flavoring
Directions
Melt butter. Add sugar and beat. Add 2 drops food coloring and flavoring to taste. Spread on brownies. Frost with chocolate icing.
