Peach Pie

Ingredients

  • 3-4 peaches, mashed (1 ½ cups)
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • sliced peaches
  • ½ c. sugar
  • 2 Tbs. cornstarch

Directions

Mashed 3-4 peaches to make 1 ½ c. mashed. Combine with 2 Tbs. cornstarch, 2 tsp. lemon juice and ½ c. sugar. Cook over the stove until clear and thick. Slice peaches in crust. Cover with glaze and let set 3 hours.
