Philly 3-Step Mini-Cheesecake Baskets

Ingredients
- 2 pkgs. (8 oz.) Cream Cheese, softened
- 12 vanilla wafers
- ½ c. sugar
- coconut dyed with a few drops
- ½ tsp. vanilla
- green food coloring
- 2 eggs
Directions
Place 12 vanilla wafers on bottom of 12 paper lined muffin cups. Mix cream cheese, sugar vanilla, and eggs. Pour cream cheese mixture into muffin cups. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until centers are almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight. Sprinkle with coconut and jelly beans just before serving. Shape licorice to make basket handles. Makes 12 servings.
