S’mores cookies

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1 stick Unsalted butter
- 6 Tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 chopped Hershey Bars
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 5 graham crackers
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix butter with sugar and brown sugar in mixing bowl.
- Add in egg and vanilla extract.
- Mix until smooth.
- Combine flour, salt, and baking soda in a separate bowl.
- Slowly incorporate flour mixture into your dough being careful not to over mix.
- Lightly chop Hershey bars and Graham crackers.
- Stir in chocolate, Graham crackers, and mini marshmallows with a spoon.
- Refrigerate your dough for about 30 minutes. I know it's tempting, but don't skip this step!
- Cookies will bake 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees
- Allow cookies to cool completely.
- used a big cookie scoop and this made 12 big cookies. I usually get about 16-18 normal sized cookies with this recipe if I use a smaller cookie scoop.
