Snickerdoodles

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks margarine, softened
  • 2 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1½ c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 2 ¾ c. flour

Directions

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs; mix. Add dry ingredients and mix. Using a cookie scoop, make equal sized balls of dough. Roll balls in cinnamon and sugar (mix according to your liking). Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400° for 8-10 minutes. Don't overbake.
