Toffee

Ingredients

  • 2 cubes butter
  • pecans
  • 1 c. + 2 Tbs. sugar
  • semi-sweet chocolate pieces
  • dash salt

Directions

Cook at highest heat to color of creamed coffee- stir constantly. Used wooden spoon. Cooks in 10 minutes or less. Then pour over pecans to cool. While still hot - put chocolate chips on top. When they melt - spread. Cool - break into pieces.
