6 Minute Pizza

Ingredients

  • 2 c. warm water
  • 4 Tbs. yeast
  • 1 Tbs. sugar
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 5-5 ½ c. flour

Directions

Dissolve yeast and mix well with remaining ingredients and divide into 2 balls. Spread each ball onto a greased pizza pan and let raise about 10 minutes. Spread with sauce and desired toppings. Bake at 550° for 6-8 minutes. Pizza must be put on bottom rack in oven. Yield: 2 pizzas.
