Café Rio Pork

Ingredients

  • 3-4 lb. pork roast
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 bottle Pace medium salsa
  • 1 can of Coke

Directions

Cook roast on low heat in a crock pot in a small amount of water for 5+ hours. Dump out liquid. Blend salsa, sugar, and coke in blender. Shred meat. Mix sauce and meat. Cook on high heat 3 more hours.
