Café Rio Pork

Ingredients

  • 4 lb. pork roast
  • 1 Tbs. molasses
  • 5 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • 1½ c. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbs. garlic powder
  • 4 c. Dr. Pepper
  • 4 tsp. cumin

Directions

Cook pork roast in crockpot on low for 5 hours in a small amount of water. Shred roast and drain excess liquids. Place shredded roast back in crockpot with the rest of the ingredients for 2-3 hours. Serve in tacos, salads, burritos, etc.
