Chicken And Rice Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 cube margarine
  • 3 c. cooked rice
  • 5 T. flour
  • 1 ½ c. diced cooked chicken
  • 1 c. chicken stock
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 ½ c. evaporated milk
  • ¼ c. chopped pimento
  • 1 t. salt
  • ½ c. green pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients and pour into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350° for30- 40 minutes.
