Chicken Breasts Oriental

Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
  • 2 Tbs. soy sauce
  • ¼ c. lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp. ginger
  • 1 Tbs. olive oil

Directions

Arrange chicken breasts in round microwave safe cooking pan. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken, turning each piece to coat. Cover pan with microwaveable plastic wrap. Microcook on high for 8 minutes, turn chicken, cover and microcook 6-10 minutes or until juice runs clear, depending on thickness of breasts. Garnish with parsley and lemon slices if desired. Serves 6.
