Chicken Enchiladas
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2-3 c. grated mozzarella and cheddar cheese, mixed
- 2 c. milk
- 1 can green chilies, to taste
- 3-4 green onions, chopped
- 12 flour tortillas
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
Directions
Mix soup, milk, sour cream, and onions in bowl. Heat it a little to mix. Heat tortillas in fry pan a little. Divide meat evenly on tortillas. Spoon ⅓ cup soup mixture on each tortilla. Put on cheese. Roll. Put in 9x13 pan. Pour rest of soup mixture on top. Top with a little cheese. Cover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
