Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients

  • ¾ lb. fresh mushrooms, washed, sliced and sprinkled with flour
  • 1 c. half and half
  • 3 Tbs. butter

Directions

Cook mushrooms in butter until they give up their juice, about 5 minutes. Add cream and stir until the mixture thickens. Season to taste.
