Stuffed Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. sage
  • ¼ c. butter
  • 2 Tbs. water
  • ¼ onion, chopped
  • pork chops
  • 1 stock celery

Directions

Sauté onions, butter, and celery. Dump over bread crumbs. Mix in sage and water. Don't make mushy. Add a little salt and pepper. Salt and pepper pork chops and flour them. Brown them. Slice pork chops horizontally, but not all the way through. Put stuffing inside chops. Place in pan with a little water. Cover with lid or foil. Cook at 350° for 1 ½ hours.
