Oriental Chicken Salad

Salad
Ingredients
- 2 c. cabbage, shredded (buy bags)
- 2 c. cook chicken, diced
- 2-3 c. lettuce sliced
- ½ c. almonds, slivered
- 4 green onions, sliced
- ⅓ pkg. wontons, cut in strips
- 2 Tbs. sesame seeds
- and fried in oil
Dressing
Ingredients
- 2 Tbs. sugar
- ¼ c. rice vinegar
- ½ tsp. salt
- few dashes of soy sauce
- ¼ c. salad oil
- 1 flavor pack from chicken ramen noodles
Directions
Make dressing ahead of time so that sugar dissolves. Mix all salad ingredients and pour dressing over, just before serving. Only dress salad that is going to be used. Dressed salad goes soggy and doesn't keep. You can substitute crunched up ramen noodles instead of wontons.
