Mexican Rice

Ingredients

  • 3 c. rice
  • ½ can tomato sauce
  • 6 c. water
  • grated cheese
  • 2 cans chili
  • olives

Directions

Cook rice and water in rice cooker. When finished add chili and tomato sauce. Top with grated cheese and olives. Microwave approx. 10-15 minutes.
