Cauliflower Soup
Ingredients
- 5 Tbs. butter
- 1 c. puree of cooked cauliflower
- 4 Tbs. flour
- 1 c. heavy cream of half and half
- 2 c. chicken broth
- salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Heat butter and flour in a pot on the stove. Mix well. Mix in cream slowly. Add broth, puree, and salt and pepper. Cook until it is the correct consistency.
