Cheese Soup

Ingredients

  • 3-4 large sliced carrots
  • 1 ½ c. flour
  • 3 sticks chopped celery w/ leaves
  • 1 lb. butter
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 16 oz. cheese whiz
  • 2-3 large diced potatoes
  • broccoli
  • 3 qts. water w/ 8-10 chicken bouillon cubes
  • small pkg. peas or other vegetables

Directions

Cook carrots, celery, onion, and potatoes in 3 quarts water with 8-10 chicken bouillon cubes; cook until tender. Thicken with flour and butter. Add cheese whiz and desired vegetables. I usually half this recipe.
