Cheese Soup
Ingredients
- 3-4 large sliced carrots
- 1 ½ c. flour
- 3 sticks chopped celery w/ leaves
- 1 lb. butter
- 1 large chopped onion
- 16 oz. cheese whiz
- 2-3 large diced potatoes
- broccoli
- 3 qts. water w/ 8-10 chicken bouillon cubes
- small pkg. peas or other vegetables
Directions
Cook carrots, celery, onion, and potatoes in 3 quarts water with 8-10 chicken bouillon cubes; cook until tender. Thicken with flour and butter. Add cheese whiz and desired vegetables. I usually half this recipe.
