Cream Of Chicken Noodle Soup
Ingredients
- 1 sq. butter
- 2+ c. finely chopped cooked chicken
- 1 c. flour
- 3 c. dry egg noodles
- 2 c. milk
- 2 Tbs. or 6 cubes instant chicken bouillon
- 6-7 c. chicken broth
Directions
Melt butter over stove. Add flour; mix. Add milk and broth, stir and cook until boiling and thickens. Cook egg noodles according to package. Stir chicken, noodles and bouillon into soup. Add any vegetable you desire. Serves 8-10.
