Cream Of Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 sq. butter
  • 2+ c. finely chopped cooked chicken
  • 1 c. flour
  • 3 c. dry egg noodles
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 Tbs. or 6 cubes instant chicken bouillon
  • 6-7 c. chicken broth

Directions

Melt butter over stove. Add flour; mix. Add milk and broth, stir and cook until boiling and thickens. Cook egg noodles according to package. Stir chicken, noodles and bouillon into soup. Add any vegetable you desire. Serves 8-10.
